Hi. My name is Dagnie Johnson and I’m a 25 year old graphic & web designer. I am seeking a graphic design position at a firm I can grow with. I'm a self taught Photoshop power user with 13 years experience. I’m proficient in the Adobe suite. I’m a skilled designer, fast learner, a team player and I would like to work for you.|
Looking for a specific skill or ability? Just ask! I'm a jack of all trades with the arts. If I don't know, just ask and I'll quickly and happily figure it out! Looking to learn a specific skill? Not only do I love learning, but also I love teaching others new things!|
I love working in an environment with a team. I find myself constantly inspired by those around me! If you're interested in seeing some of my work, scroll down below! Want to talk hiring? Call me at 509-551-9237 or e-mail me at email@example.com.|
These are some of my older photo manipulation and art pieces. I still love taking these to art shows!
I used to make patterns and create costumes for super suits, skin suits, leggings, dresses, and more. I've even been lucky enough to have my female 'Predator' skin suit chosen for a female extra for an upcoming Predator movie, by the original costume creators themselves! Wowza!!
When I joined the team at Artmil, they needed an extra hand with web design. I had never even attempted such a thing before, but someone had to step up and try! A couple weeks later, they added me to the web team as well.
It was while working on LifeXtend's branding and packaging that I managed to win my first official GD USA award. I'm still excited!!
There's so many different ways to go about making things! My head just fills with ideas, even with the pickiest of clients! I find myself inspired even by my coworkers. A room of designers is able to turn one concept into thousands of ideas.
At the end of the day, I don't find myself loving anything quite as much as I love graphic design. From emulating and illustrating, to making labels for novelty toilet paper, from designing brochures to editing the best smile onto someone's photo – I find myself enjoying every bit of it.
